Made this kit about a week ago with Brew at Home LME 1.5kg. og was 1039. fermentation stopped 4 days later but fg is 1015, checked again after two days still the same. room temperature was 20 -22 degrees. is it safe to bottle it or is there any way i can wake up yeast again and get fg a bit lower?
1.015 seems a bit high alright, even with LME. I'd remove the airlock, pick up the FV and give it a swirl to stir up the yeast and then put the airlock back on . leave it for a few more days to see if it drops any more
