All welcome.
All grain brewday at the Lucan County. Mashing in around 2pm to brew an IPA for Hop Bomb & Co's IPA fest (http://www.beoir.org/community/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=10501) in Galway.
An all grain takes about 5 hours end to end, so fortunately there is a great stock of beer at the bar to help pass the time!
Most/all Liffey Brewers know about this already, but if you are an LBer and plan on coming, please let me or LordStilton know if you haven't already, as there is some special stuff planned.
I'm hoping to be there Dube, I'll be away for a few days before then but should be back, and I want (need) to check how the experts do all-grain from start to finish... ;)
Won't be at the sept 25th LB meet up :(
Yes indeed, impending for all concerned ;D
If we can get a shout out of numbers that would help organise things

Just so yis know, I brewed a pliny clone recently and it turned out pretty shite. Scott on here brewed the same and ended up with a similar result
Looking forward to clogging up the bowels with some of lordstilton's famous smoked pork
