Title: Brew Suggestions To Use Up Aging Hops.

Hop stock check today,these need to be used asap as most of them are nearing end of use time. I need suggestions as to what beers to brew that will use as much as possible of each of these. I plan on doing 3-4 brews in quick succession for kegging and conditioning.Lagers are out for now as i am not ready for them yet.  ;D

Simcoe/pellets/11.7%/250gr

Citra/pellets/14.4%/250gr

Chinook/leaf/12.3%/195gr

Saaz/pellets/3.2%/170gr

Falconer's Flight/pellets/10.3%/220gr

IPA / black IPA. Maybe both. Late hop them to hell and back and repeat with dry hops.

Bohemian pilsner or Belgian blonde - 60 mins 25%, 30 - 50%, 10 - 25%, 0 - 25%. All in one brew.
