Well the Chinook were old hops, i calculated only 5% AA at most so i am hoping it will turn out passable at least, trying to use up old stock both grain and hops before ordering anymore, also want to know what this hop will taste like in a smash. ;D

What exactly is a smash brew? Been seeing it popping up in my searches in beersmith a bit.

I'm in the same situation with Galena hops before I buy again. Got them for an imperial stout and now I need to use them up.
