Title: Decoction boil/mash post saccrification rest

With family commitments I generally mash in at lunch time and running of later (average 4 hours) and with winter coming lagers are on the horizon  again.  Has anyone done a decoction boil/mash  post saccrification rest just colour and flavour development?
