Plums wine, had it in fv for 48hrs and all the usual ingredients added, vas bubbling fine, racked off into dj and very few bubbles now. Room temp is approx 19deg.
Advice?
Wait a day or two and then check the gravity!
NB: Useful Tip:
If you are in a glass demijohn and there is no activity in the airlock:
Rub hands brsikly together to generate some heat!
Place hot little hands on the glass dj where there is air space!
If the airlock bubbles then at least you know you have a sealed DJ and nowt is fermenting!
If no change in the bubbler levels the you are not sealed, so:
Its time to LUBE
