Post by: Guilley1985 on September 16, 2014, 05:07:55 PM
Hi lads, I'm new to the forum. I'm currently foraging berries and stuff to ferment some wines. I am waiting on a home All grain kit which I hope to have up and running soon. I my spare time i'm a brewer in a 10HL brewery in Offaly.

Cheers!

Hi Guilly. I'm in Westmeath in Moate. Good to see you venturing on the small side. I do all grain along with wine.

Where abouts in Offaly?

were you at the RDS by any chance? I was manning the NHC stand and someone from Bo Bristle came over. I didn't cop the logo on the tee shirt and tried to start explaining the brewing process to them :-[ only to then realize that they were a professional brewer!

Anyway - Welcome!
