Post by: John Edward on September 17, 2014, 01:55:51 PM
Hi chaps,

Looking for apricots in Dublin for an IPA. Any idea where I might find some?

Cheers.

I remember seeing this somewhere before and someone put up a link to Pallas foods.

http://www.pallasfoods.eu/apps/foodbook/search

That's all their apricot foods and there's a puree in there which might be ideal. Not sure if you can buy direct though. Maybe if you know someone in the restaurant trade they could help you out.

Thanks for that. I saw the Pallas link before but I'll try calling in to some restaurants to see if they could put in an order for me.
