Hi Guys,
Will shortly be making the Munton's Milestone Olde Home Wrecker. It's supposed to be a "full bodied winter ale packed full of flavour". Looking at the instructions, OG is around 1040 - not my definition of a winter ale. I was thinking of adding 1.5kg LME, steeping 500g crystal 120 and 200g chocolate malt, and making a hop tea with 40g Fuggles.
Any comments?
