Post by: gonzo on September 27, 2014, 12:34:21 PM
Just blagged some gear from a pub I frequent (a pin lock cornie keg, co2 bottle and a full size illuminated Heineken pump)You dont ask you dont get! Apart from buying  the disconnects and the regulator and gas + beer line how do i connect the pump it has 3 connections red blue and clear ? i was thinking beer out to blue ? Cheers

I'm guessing the red and blue are for cooling line if it's a chilled tower, and the clear for beer.
Blow into each line and see which one unblocks when you pull the tap

Red and Blue (trace lines) are usually 3/8" dia.  and are the glycol lines for cooling the beer (aka. Pythons) and the dispense tower/tap.

Heino beer line is usually 5/16" and is the SMALL clear one!
