Title: Pork Steak Dinner
Post by: DEMPSEY on October 03, 2014, 04:12:50 PM
Here is one of my favourite Dinners that everybody loves in the house.

Pork Steak
Plain flour
Paprika
Salt
Butter
Oil.

Cut the Pork Steak into 25mm /1" pieces
Mix 2 tablespoons of flour with 1 tablespoon of paprika and a pinch of salt
Toss the Pork Steak in the blend.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the drop of oil and lightly fry the steak pieces turning them so as the flour puts a coating on them.
Then transfer to a steel tin and put into a hot oven 180 C for 15 to 20 minutes.

I'm thinking I had a small part to play in your family eating that tonight.  :)

a btl or two of Altbier would be nice with the pork dinner.
