I'll be starting off with wine, "Better Brew 6 Bottle Wine Kit 4.5 Litre Shiraz/Merlot".
Look into beers a bit later on, I think!

Is there much happening around here for wine?

Hi there is a guy comming to the dundalk meeting on Friday who makes wine from the grapes he grows in his green house it's lovely stuff

Put the kit together yesterday; much easier than beer brews I've witnessed.
