Title: HBC Exceedingly Good IPA Summit hops
Post by: cochised on November 03, 2014, 08:56:48 AM
Did this AG mash kit yesterday.
Used a new setup for the first time and whole brew was done outside. Decent enough day for it so happy enough

Mostly went ok but only got 17 litres out at the end
Topped it up to 20 but in my panic forgot to do a gravity reading  :o

Still, first bubbles started to appear last night so fingers crossed

Will make small improvements for the next brew having learned from my mistakes hopefully.
Was only my 2nd AG after all

Absolutely

had to put it on a heat mat as room was way too cold.
House we are moving into is up the mountains so generally a degree or two colder
