Title: Capital Brewday (Saturday 8th November)
Post by: Shane Phelan on November 04, 2014, 07:17:47 PM
Venue: Tog, Chancery Lane, Dublin 8 (www.tog.ie)
Cost: (Throw a couple of euro towards TOG to pay for their electricity/rent costs, ask any TOG member on the day)

Format:
Brewing -  All Grain, possibly Extract
Beers - Bring a couple of bottles of your latest brew and anything else that you think brewers will enjoy, even commercial brews if you want
Building - Has anyone got anything they might like to build during the event (ie a stir-plate perhaps)?

Kick off at 10:30am (finishes around 4.30pm depending on the complexity of the brew's). Its going to be below 10degC on Saturday so wear a warm jacket for the times when you are outside kettle gazing. I'm not able to be there but two TOG members (Jules and Ed) have kindly offered to open up the space and look after things for the day.
