Title: Pilsner
Post by: jackflash on November 09, 2014, 01:38:59 PM
Now with my first extract brew happily bubbling away (HBC's American Pale Ale), it's time to start on the next.

My wife asked me if I could make a pilsner. Being a total noob, I'm not sure of a) What recipe and b) How I can ferment it.

Has anyone got a simple extract recipe to follow, and any advice on brewing & fermenting pilsners?

This is a great watch:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zluCEyQtQ0A

They ferment with a few different yeasts (ale & lager at low & high temps) with interesting results.
