What kind of regulator is it (e.g. single? dual? triple?) and for how much?
How big is the gas tank and how much are you looking for it?

When advertising items for sale you should have prices fixed ahead of time and pictures displaying items posted,otherwise nobody knows what it is they are buying. ;D
