Title: Hey chaps
Post by: BrewBilly on November 15, 2014, 04:37:45 PM
Hi folk, apologies for not being around lately. With a house move and crazy at work I haven't had a chance to really participate?

What have you all been brewing?

Andy!! How's it going?!

How did your galaxy/centennial beer turn out?

Barry and I were just saying at the last meet that we hadn't heard from you in ages.

Been pretty busy myself but have a saison on the go and cutting it fine but hoping to get something on soon for Xmas!

Hey Chris

The galaxy/centenial was a cracker. I think i sterted rinking it to young, the last few bottles were fantastic, amazing aroma - definately going to do it again.

I have a Sarah Hughs ruby red clone from GWs book - i think thats what its called.

Is there anything happening this side of the new year?

Hi Andy,

I brewed the Sarah Hughes Dark Ruby recently and brought it to the last meet. Would be interesting to compare.

Think there should be - just trying to confirm a few things!
