Title: Does this look infected to you?
Post by: Phily on November 16, 2014, 06:48:23 PM
I'm brewing a extract kit and I don't know if I have infected my brew some how. Folks in the know, I've attached a photo of the top of the brew in the fermentor. Any feedback would be welcome!

Probably ok.. things can look real bad, but still be ok.
Smell and taste is usually a better indication than looks.

Cool, it smells OK. Pondering weather to keg it or not..would mean pouring out another brew that isn't great. Ah, 1st world problems eh? :)
