I felt the Brooklyn tour was a bit crap but the beer was well worth a look. They have loadsa one offs in the brewery tap.

Brooklyn is a great place for beer. 6 point brewery is it there too. Evil twin have there bar in upper Brooklyn too. Amazing food there too.

theres the chelsea brewing company too thats actually in manhattan along the hudson river which is a stunning place, the tour is great i done it and there was like 5 of us on it so got to ask lots of questions and the brewer was really sound, its a tiny brewery but the tour was way better than the brooklyn one

I second the Gingerman, was in it on two occasions and do not remember leaving on either. Over 70 beers on tap and even more in bottles. The bar staff were very good and were willing to let us have several small samples to try on the house.

The Gingerman has a weird pricing structure....the prices listed on their menu under $10 include tax, but those over $10 didn't. Very confusing

Nice pub though...it was empty when I was there though so zero atmosphere
