Anyone interested in meeting up for a a few pints tomorrow night to coincide with BPBP launching their new beer in The Back Page in Phibsboro? It could become the start of a Northside brew club. I suggest meeting at 7pm

Hello DCBrewing
If I can get out of work etc on time.
I'll try get there.
I'll post an update tomorrow.
Good luck on the start of a new club.
If very few turn up don't worry.
When I suggested the first North County meeting a few years ago only one person turned up (ME).
Would love to go to this but I'm signed up for astro tonight. Maybe another night.

Not true! I was there too :)
No, the very first was to be held in the 44!! It was noy very well advertised and only I was there. It was St David's day IIRC.
The next one was at the Boro and you were there!

Grand, ill wear my yellow NHC polo to stand out!
Sorry guys, I'll be working tonight, as I will for most of the next three weeks. Feckin Chr***mas >:D
Sorry DC I'll not make this evening things just ain't going well for me all day in work.
Can't make tonight ... but keen to get involved in future meet-ups!
The manager wasnt there last night so ill have to wait for him. Mentioned it to a bar man about hving a brew meet and at least he seemed positive about it. Nice pub and loads of space. Decent selection on irish craft too.
I got the all clear to have a homebrew night there anyway, also they seem open to hosting brewdays. Going to go in and have a chat about it. Maybe a meet up in January would be good
Great news lads.
As there is a fair overlap 'tween us I am sure a few of the NCB will pop in to wish you all well .
That's excellent. There's also a nice overlap with the crowd from Capital, so I think it's a nice way of getting quite a few people in if there's no clash on the nights.
Now I just have too many clubs to choose. South Dublin Brewers is so convenient for Raheny as it's just a dart ride away, so cheap as chips on travel, but town is also very handy for the new club. Now if only they put on a direct bus rout to swords it would be heaven. I think taxi's cost about €40 the last time I went out to a meet with NCB, which was a little steep...
I just made a new thread for a meetuphttp://www.nationalhomebrewclub.com/forum/index.php/topic,8601.0.html
Add yourselves!
