Its an odd one as still making is highly specialised and I don't think there's been an Irish made (legal) still since the early 20th Century. Forsyths in Scotland are the only makers I know of http://www.forsyths.com/distillation/pot-stills/
He's based in Thurles. It was a custom job and the fella who put the order in fell very sick and couldn't proceed with the project.
