Does anyone have a tried and tested Marzen recipe???

Brewtus does an excellent marzen. Think he uses Jamil Zainasheff's recipe..

Pretty much 50/50 munich and pilsner malt. I brewed  a few times a few year's back. It's a tasty beer but very much in the copper-red, sweet Oktoberfest vein, sort of like the White Hag one actually.

He was thinking of something between the Jamil style O-fest and the Paulaner etc. ones we get here which have a more munich sweetness than a Helles or a Pils but a lot less than the US craft O-fest.
