Beer is good for you lowers the risk of heart disease and strokes and of course is good for the soul :)

So if I drink a pint a day for the rest of my life I won't have a heart attack, I won't get a beer belly and I'll have healthy nails, skin, bones and tendons?

High levels of silicon in the beer but suppose it could be handy when we all start getting implants ( not those kind yea dirty feckers).

Great science! The beer giants spinning a tale of how good beer is for health. No wonder we hav an obesity crisis. A lit of beer research comes from austria and germany where the study and largly drink weissbeer.  Commercial beer has much of de goodness stripped compared to weissbier which contains elevated levels of beneficial nutrients inc silica ( not silicone) minerals and viamins and antioxidants. So just drink real beer and u prob will liv longer and happier!
