Hi from a new home brewer in Coleraine. Before Christmas I did my first ever home brew. Started with a small biab batch of a very simple smash recipe. It was more a wee practice run than anything amazing. Still, I've ended up with something I can drink, even if it did end up about 2%. It was only a 5l batch so nothing lost.
I've now a decent sized kettle and a good recipe to try so getting ready for another brew day.

Welcome Neill, sure the best way to learn is to do!
Exactly. Feeling more confident in the process now.
Congrats on taking the plunge Neill.
There's lots of info on here, read away and ask questions if your stuck.
I've been having a read here for a while. Definitely some good info. I'll probably have questions when it comes to my next brew.
