Just came across this http://www.belgiansmaak.com/irish-beers-to-try-in-2015/ (http://www.belgiansmaak.com/irish-beers-to-try-in-2015/) online and it's definitely worth a read, looking forward to trying them especially the Kinnegar and beers from the north.

Im sure he is just interested in brewing forgotten historical beers. Ive had most of the beers & they've all been very good & a little weird but not in a bad way, but not good enough to buy another. Enough breweries doing the usual styles.

Of that list I think the two stand outs for me are Black Bucket & 200 Fathoms. Both world class beers that I wish Id brewed myself.

I genuinely liked their Schmoake, but as HopBomb said i'd only have the one or two. The Gose was particularly impressive.

If anything it provides a kick to seek out new beer styles, well new to me anyway.
