From what i can see on the planning applications, the 2nd distillery will be in the old phoenix furniture store, they had planning to turn it into a bar, so im guessing be using that building for a micro distillation pub "Disspub" . Can't think of how they're going to squeeze one into the bodega, as its a listed building it has huge restrictions.

A short but good read

Good article alright, he sounds like a very interesting character. Is he the guy the owns Mutton Lane?

Yeah he is, all the heritage pubs are his, a total of nine pubs I think including the rising sons.
