Title: Irish Red Ale Recipe - any suggestions???
Post by: ColmOM on January 30, 2015, 06:02:20 AM
I have been living in Vancouver since June and despite the plethora of great beer and huge variety of beer styles brewed here, there seems to be a distinct lack of Irish reds around. Because I'd love a taste of home I've decided my next brew so gonna be an Irish Red. Looking to do something as close as possible to Rebel Red or BrĂș Rua, but more so the Rebel Red (I am from Cork like  ;) ) So I'm wondering if anyone has any tried and trusted recipes or suggestions??

Thanks,
Colm
