Title: National Competition
Post by: helmet on January 30, 2015, 07:56:44 PM
Is anyone going to stick anything in?
I've registered 4 for the shneer.
The Witbier and IPA I had at the last meet and a red ale and a Black IPA that were born in the meantime.
Worth a few quid to get a good analysis back I reckon.

I will probably enter my red, and my new hoppy red maybe my stout.
I will be dropping them up to will on the 8th, so I can leave other peoples up.

I was thinking of entering but the only brew I'll have ready in time is an all grain kit from the HBC. I'd rather enter a recipe of my own

I stuck in a coupke of mash kit beers, no harm. As far as I can see there are people entering extract kits as well. A good way to get feedback on your process as well as everything else.
I was on Dublin today, so dropped mine into Alfie Byrne's. Those GBB pubs are springing up goodo!

You should enter it because you brewed it :)
