Brewed a quick 4 litre SMaSH. Had some pilsner malt and centennial leftover so thought why not !

This shot off within 5 hours.. Good krausen now. Picture doesn't show but it is extremely light in colour. Pilsner malt was ebc 3

First time using star san. Didn't fear the foam and it made my brew day so much quicker

Yeah no rinse is great help save water too
