Shotgun :P
Would something like that hook up to a cornie? What would you need to hook it up:?
Same principal as hooking up to a cask really. Usually advisable to shave an inch or so off the bottom of your diptube so you aren't sucking up all the yeast (that's if you were doing it traditionally, i.e "keg" conditioned). Just have the gas in set to a very low pressure. If you were planning on emptying the "cask" quickly at a party or something just pull the relief valve up and turn it 90degrees so it was set to open so a vacuum wouldnt form. There is another, harder to explain in writing, way of modding a cask and adding a spigot w/ co2 aspirator for an even more traditional method of dispense
Ah yeah, I assumed the beer would be "cask style".
Just paid for it this minute actually :p
You still cool to hook me up with a co2 aspirator Dec? Il be in the Brew Dock this Fri night if thats suitable?
Seal is gone on the one here at the gaff, Ive a box of shit ordered from supplier but ive sent it to wexford as we're moving shortly, Ok to send it up to ya next week? I'm at Alltech on saturday and will bring the one i have here with me-doesnt look like it would take much to fix it
