Title: Potential opportunity for Homebrew column
Post by: fobster on February 25, 2015, 10:45:14 PM
Hi folks,

Posting this on behalf of a friend who is a professional chef with over 20 years' experience including Michelin-starred restaurants around Europe. His current project is in the form of budget-oriented recipes and advice.

He aims to put together and publish a digital magazine and is interested in having a homebrewing column in the magazine to tie in with the ethos of affordable, well-made, home-cooked food. The focus would be kit reviews, tips, tweaks and other homebrewing advice in a straightforward, non-technical manner.

If anyone is interested I'll put you in contact with him to discuss the exact details.

Cheers,

Fiachra

Just to add that his Facebook page is the fastest growing food page in Ireland. Having started at beginning of December, the page has now garnered 6,000+ likes and continues to grow daily.
