Howdy Belfast brewers!
I started brewing just a couple of months ago with the Youngs AIPA from House of Homebrew, since then I've got a stout, and a coopers IPA brewed and drank. My house-mates love the good cheap beer and I'm already considering getting a keg on the go :)
Currently fermenting another youngs AIPA by request of said house-mates, also got a hard raspberry-ade and a malted hard lemonade in a couple of demi johns but what I'm really looking forward to it a heavily modified Brewferm Kreik kit I started a few days ago. An extra 1.5kg of cherries, 2kg of Dark DME 2 vanilla pods 500g of caster sugar and 50g of Centennial at 60 mins being fermented with S-33.
Hopefully will be able to make a meet up at some point in the future and get to try some other homebrew as all I have tasted so far has been my own.
