I had heard there was a beer scene in Italy, but thought it was just a step above France. Not a bit, some really good stuff here!

Expensive, €5 for 400 ml of Pale Ale at the cheapest spots, expect to see €6 a lot. But then I am in Rome, prices on a par with Dublin.

I dunno, when I was back over in Cork in November, I remember buying a round (three pints) and not having much change out of a 20?
