Title: Wicklow wolf saison clone
Post by: Boycott on March 20, 2015, 09:30:28 AM
I want to brew a clone of the following
SOLAR ECLIPSE SAISON

Specialities/Seasonal Beers
This Darker Saison is brewed a bit darker for the special occasion when the Moon creates a darker than normal day. Crisp, malty, spicy grain profile from the Munich and Rye malt with a herbal flavour from the Noble Saaz Hop along with the Tangerine fruity aroma from Mandarina Bavaria Hops. The Saison yeast really gives this style its wonderful spectrum of flavours & aromas; Spicy, Fruity, Peppery with a tart crisp dry finish.
Here's to howling at the moon during the day. Cheers.
6.3% ABV
25 IBU's
Deep Amber Colour
Malt. Lager, Munich, Rye, Carafa III
Hops. Pilgrim, Saaz, Mandarina Bavaria

I have access to all of those ingredients except mandarina hops. Anyone got an idea on a rough recipe guide?
