I was a bit of an idiot and overestimated a) How much the missus would let me brew b) What styles I'd be brewing
So I'm left with speciality malt that I don't think I'm going to get through (No idea why I bought so much Chocolate...)
I was hoping to swap these with folks at the next NCB meetup (or earlier if you're easy to get to). These are all in unopened 1KG packets from the HomeBrewCompany:
Amount | Malt | Expires |
3 | Chocolate | Dec 15 |
2 | Brown | Nov 15 |
2 | Cara Red | Jul 15 |
1 | Cara Hell | Dec 15 |
2 | Crystal Malt 240 EBC | May 15 |
Any of the following would be great:
• Vienna Malt
• Victory/Meladoin
• Munich Malt
• Black Patent
• Carapils/Dextrine
Thanks
Phil
:( ordered some carahell y-day.
Just an idea ...
Use all the malts except cara red, add 8kg of pale and you'll get 25l of nice 'Imperial Choco Porter' ^-^
