We have a ticketing portal going live soon and we would like to test it completely before we start taking money for real.
We require about 10-15 testers,
Whats involved ??
When you volunteer you will be added to a testers email distribution list.
We are going to be doing members pre-sales on the conference - so this will fully test that component.
Real simple - you will get an email with an invite - you register for the event and buy the ticket for free.
The 'test' event will be either sold out or you will get a ticket. We need to confirm what happens in all situations.
It only takes 5 minutes really and it will be tomorrow and Saturday.
This testing will ensure we can operate the online ticketting system without any hiccups.
Thanks in advance !!
James

you will be getting a few emails with offers in the next 24 hours - sign up like you want them !
Testers 1-7 just got an email with a conference invite - hammer away and try to attend
Two people should get rejected. Let us know what it says.
Testers 8-14 - you'll get an email tomorrow - again, hammer away and attend and let me know if and how it refuses tickets.
Thanks for the help !!
Well thats me registered.
Eventually got the ticket up as pdf in acrobat!
Eventbrite seemed a bit slow.
Also the google map opened up as a blank page until I reclicked the link!
Looks fine for me.
Ticket came through 90 mins after confirmation.
Map looks fine.
All was good for me, everything very quick.
Ticket saved in PDF ok
Got emailed ticket instantly

Interesting one - might need to tweak the map displayed - zoom out a little me thinks.
Thanks will
