I never think of this when I'm at the PC, but a huge thank you to Padraic's top notch wife, Mairead, who fed us all with top notch fodder on the day in Tog. If it were not for Mairead there would have been a lot of hungry homebrewers!

Its amazing that when you are out and about a simple Ham 'n Cheese sambo on batch is one of the best snack foods ever invented!!
