Any chance I could get more info on this? I've tried 2 extract BIpa's before and basically made sh*te of them! I've just started all grain do third time lucky hopefully with a Bipa.

What temp did you do your mash? In particular the dark grain?

Was the boil 75 mins or 90 mins?

Any other info would be great thanks.

No bother! I Mashed at 72deg and batch sparged with 77deg.
Boiled for 75 minutes.

Thanks a mill, did you cold steep the dark grains or just include them in the normal mash?

They all went into the mash.

Strike water volume was 16l for 45 minutes sparged with 5l and 15l with 10 minute rests.
