Having a wee trip down to Dublin this weekend. Before heading home to Belfast I was planning on swinging past one of the McHughs off licenses on easter sunday assuming they'll be open. Anyone know which one has the better craft beer selection (Malahide Road or Kilbarrack Road), or if they do growler fills of anything tasty?
Ta.
Sign of just how bad the € has gotten. Northerners buying drink here.
I live near the Kilbarrack one. I'll try check out the growler range
Ha, you're not wrong about the euro but the attraction is in getting some harder to find beer so win-win :) No one's doing growlers at all up here yet so it's nice to get a refill any time I'm down.
The one on the Malahide Road is next to where I live, its got a great selection. They recently put in a Growler set up with four taps that rotate quite regularly. If you look them up on Twitter they post what is currently available from the Growler range.

The kilbarrack one also has that growler set up and a brilliant selection. Sweeneys near phibsboro is excellent too but a bit pricy
Brilliant cheers lads. Got a couple of growlers to fill. The off licenses up here just started stocking galway bay so looking for something different. Will head their way, thanks!!
