I bottled up that extract -Its smelt lovely - it was at the 1010/1011 as expected.
I dry hoped with about 40g cascade for about 3 days and left the hops in there for cold conditioning - I cold conditioned for 4 days in the shed at the ambient temperature (10C), it cleared lovely.
I bottled 19 litres using 110g dextrose - Sunday 6th Jan - I used a bottling bucket
I will confess that some of bottles were filled a 'tad' lower than I would normally - so I am expecting a slight undercarbonation - personally I hate over carbed beers - so I tend to over compensate.
