The conference tickets will go on pre-sale to members at 9am in the morning.
I'll post this here so everyone can see it.
If you think you have renewed and you didnt get the eventbrite email and/or you membership status is wrong on the forum you need to contact me asap to fix it.
The pre-sale thing is on a clock and it cant be changed, once it expires the price goes up.
The pre-sale member price is 30 euro (expires april12th)
Members standard price is 35 euro
Standard Price is 40 euro.
Basically we have hired the whole place - What does you money get ya ??
It gets you, a lucky bag of goodies, a morning coffee, entry to the morning and afternoon conference in smock alley with a ever growing list of amazing speakers, get you an artisan two course lunch with a beer/tea/coffee and it gets you entry to a drinks reception where you'll get a beer or two.
All in all you will get your money back in spades.
Its a limited ticket event.
Time to set the alarm to wake up early!
The pre sale should be live now? I went to the brewcon site and its still show pre reg (which I already did)
Yeap - check your spam folder, just in case the email invite went in there.
The email was sent to the email address you have inputted on the forum, any joy ?
Hi, got the mail but have a question...
It says that tickets are limited to 2 per member but the drop down menu only lets you select 1.
Is this a glitch?
Thx

Yeap - a glitch ! Sorry about that -
We have over 200 members and only 150 tickets .. so its just one per member :)
Where is the event on eventbrite?
Its not publically listed until its officially on sale. So this is just the pre-sale
Once next tuesday comes around, then the eventbrite conference page is live and its open to the public.
You should have got an email John, check spam folders etc..
I am seeing some bounces from members email addresses.
If the email address supplied isn't right or current - simply PM me with your new email and I'll do another batch tomorrow morning.
James
Well thats me signed up only 113 left to go.
These are going quickly!

Can us bums get any left tomorrow?

Public sale goes live next week for non-members. If you don't want to wait paying an extra €10 then, you can get your membership now and your ticket, least that way you get your extra membership benefits too
I needed to be registered before today to be able to get a ticket. It's also the same as setting fire to a tenner being a member of both to me anyway since the discounts are the same but you don't get 10% of drinkstore or GBB vouchers.
Although the savings would have being the same, oh well. I like a gamble so going to lurk around if someone can't make it last min and get one for €30 like the thrifty cheapskate bastard that I am

No if can register before the 12th you'll get the pre-sale member price.
If you have the other benefits with Beoir fair enough, but the ticket will ultimately cost the same then.
I'm in! Looking forward to it.

???
Im not sure if this post is a windup or not, but paying the paltry annual amount for NHC membership is not "the same as setting fire to a tenner", its what you should be doing anyway if you are benefiting from the clubs structures. The club has expenses and 10 euro annually is a tiny amount. As for saying you will look to snag a ticket from a member who cant make it to avoid the non-member rate yourself...
Anyway got mine, great value for the day and looking forward to it immensely. Cheers to the lads who've put so much legwork in on this.
Chris white is worth the price alone. The rest is just value added to me.

What about the 5% off from the homebrew shops? Don't get that with beoir.

It's 32.55 including booking fee, looks like this is out of reach no matter what.
I'm very surprised people are getting thick over my comments. Step away from the keyboard and relax. I'm the only idiot missing out, no need to get so personal.

Nobody getting thick, you tagged yourself above.
I am currently a paid member of both Beoir and NHC.
I get no benefit from the GBB Stamps as I am in Cork, you are welcome to mine, but better be quick, I might just set them on fire.

Oh another snide comment, how mature
You don't have access to the members forum and group buys though. Thats worth the membership too.
PayPal me postage and you can have them so.
