We'll be at an Italian beer festival in Moeder Lambic (bar in Brussels) on the 30th so this one is out.
I might arrange a meet earlier in the month.

Couple of German styles sneaking in there. Could it be practice for the Liffey Brewers German beer comp?
Looking forward to tasting that Helles and I can vouch for the Oud Bruin :)
I'll see if I can make it, but I will probably be mooching at this one.
Interested in the helles and pilsner. Recipes in %'s please, with ibu and hop schedule.
Also, I've been thinking about the German comp, and I think it might be worth having a session where we have some commercial varieties to sample and discuss. It would be my opinion that you really need to drink a particular style a good few times to understand it correctly.

Excellent idea!
A couple of people asked me for some of the schneider-weisse yeast I built up. I can bring some to the meet if people let me know in advance. When it's gone...it's really gone ;)

What you mean some drinking research, why that's a novel idea that I would have never though of ;D. I'm game :)

My pilsner is my first reasonable attempt so I'm bringing it for feedback and tips primarily. Not a lot of time to perfect it
Would be great to get some Pacman yeast off you.
I got grew some Schneider yeast from a few bottles of Tap 7

If I don't get that one grown up by then I'll sort you out after. :)
Really enjoyed that meet-up. Some very good homebrews sampled - An excellent IPA & a fantastic sour. Just sorry I missed the earlier 1s
You were lucky enough to avoid my pilsner
The sambos were lovely as was the beers.
The Lucan County bar looked after us very well as usual. The selection of craft beer has gotten even better again. Great night.
