I've been doing research on water and purchased a nice shiny gram scales and all the relavent water treatment bits and bobs.
Lots and lookin around and the interweb and I stumbled onto this document of water profiles for different city's.
Might be a handy resource for anyone seriously into their water.

No I decided to go RO and build water profiles to what I want. Will probably end up using my standard water for most of my recipes but water chemistry is something I'd really like to get my head around.

How much are they, for something small and slow that might take a day to fill a hlt ?

Doing a bit of research for an IPA I'm planning and came across the water profile for Pliny the Elder.
CA MG NA HCO3 SO4 CL

Starting with RO I think this is going to be my go to big ass IPA water profile.
