Title: BrewCon 2015 - Brewing Elements - Water
Post by: Partridge9 on April 13, 2015, 09:46:01 PM
We have expert speakers on Water Chemistry at brewcon 2015

Dr Eddie Bourke (http://eu.alltechbrewsandfood.com/dublin-cup/independent-judges) and our own Dr Peter Dudley.

We are going to get some questions together for them.

Any questions on Water Chemistry ??

Looked up some answers for this myself and since the WHO suggests 0.5 to 1.0 ppm is ok then you can see from this chart what many beers from around the World contain.
