Title: Mexican Dark Lager

I was looking at doing a Mexican Dark Lager (bit like a Negra Modelo) for my next extract

How's this seem to folks?

Plan is to steep the speciality for 30minutes, add the DME and boil

Pretty sure Vienna needs to be mashed
