Title: Yeast for the brewday

I have an interesting yeast I grew from a White labs Vial -

I have a two litre starter should be more than enough for us.

I think I brewed a stout with this at some stage. I'm not really sure, I'd have to go through my notes.

So what style of beer are you thinking of brewing?

I think Rossa might be doing a Dunkel but not sure!
