This patience lark is the worst thing about brewing....Last week my Belching blond keg finished, it was drank quicker then expected (espically since it was f'd up during brewing or so I thought) I had brewed 2 more batches to keep pipeline filled but caught myself out. My "sea air a pale ale" is a week away from perfection (hehehehe, yea yea) but I had to physically restrain myself from tapping it yesterday.. I wouldn't mind normally as I have a red ale that'll be ready 2/3 days later. I know I need to brew more and have 2 brews planned next week. rant over
Tell me bout it mate ???
I've about 30 bottles of RIS which is a year from being properly ready and I just brewed a lambic on Wed which will be probably 2 years or more till it's ready!
I had to take the RIS to my parents place to stop me "sampling" them too often :-[
It drives me mad even when I have plenty of other beer.

Hehehe.
;) couldn't wait. I was kegging a beer last night and just had to tap my pale ale... Kegged 15 days and naturally carved. It was nice...be nicer next sat but nice enough to half 3 more with a mate :)
