I've recently backed a couple of Kickstarter projects and find myself looking at the site more and more.
Tonight I came across the following which may interest some people here or it may be a waste of time.
Here it is: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1692977584/micro-batch-beer-brewing-kit (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1692977584/micro-batch-beer-brewing-kit)
3 days left to back.
Is it worthwhile or a waste of time?
Does not have a unique selling point that I can see from the web page. From the looks of it it is just a few homebrew bits put together with some malts and hops. kits like this are already on offer from established homebrew shops and also they have not said what this will retail at. Keep your wallet in your pocket and ask more questions I would advise. :)

Nothing you couldn't pick up from EBay or any HBS for a fraction of the cost, or you could already have some some of it lying around your house. I mashed and boiled my first all-grain brews using a 5 litre steel wok and a large sieve. Did me well for a good many brews before I decided to step up from 1 gallon.
If you're seeing this on the Intermanet then you've already got thousands of good tried and trusted recipes at your fingertips.
14 bottles of beer? There's a 1 gallon demijohn pictured there. You're talking 8-9 500ml bottles at most, so I suspect the bottles they refer to are are 33cl.
To second Dempsey's point no mention of price to say nothing of postage.
There are those brewers who prefer the lowish-effort reasonable gain of brewing kits, and those who want to expand their possibilities by getting into all-grain, with all its initial outlay. This thing falls for those who are somewhere in between. Are there many such folk? I suspect not.
Just my 2c (or 2p for those of us up North).

Someone pointed out in another forum that you can buy nearly the same amount of Punk in a Brewdog bar for the same price (not factoring in the equipment).
