There's actually better value to be had in Ireland. Might not be Blichmann but that hardly matters.

Who makes that conical? It looks like the SS Chronicals that are coming over from the us.

Any (cost effective) way of regulating temps with these? I know SS have a pretty slick system.

It's slick, but expensive!

Cheap 2nd hand larder fridge is probably what you want, or what I would use if I had one
