Not sure but Vanguard beer has this information http://vanguardbeer.ie/brewery/8-degrees (http://vanguardbeer.ie/brewery/8-degrees) it's simcoe, mosaic and citra hops and mentions biscuit malt, and the main malt would be the Ale malt from MCI,

I have these hops on hand - need to use em.

Whatever way they've done it - their recipe is amazing. It was the nicest of a range of beers from Irish brewers we got last night.

Will have to see if 1.5 oz magnum FWH and 1 oz Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe at both hop stand and dry hop replicates it, unless anyone else can offer more info..
